Regularly Stocked Metal Materials
Our company's commonly stocked metal materials are stainless steel and galvanized steel sheet.
The table below shows the dimensions and thickness of the metal sheets we have in stock. Our stainless steel is primarily SUS304 grade, which is always available for ordering, processing, and shipping. We occasionally stock SUS430 and SUS316 grades; please call to check on current availability.
If you require more specialized materials, such as titanium-plated or colored sheets, we can handle them for you on a project basis. If your sheets need additional surface treatments during processing, such as plating, powder coating, etching, polishing, or satin finishing, or if you need other specific material thicknesses, please contact us by phone or email. | BA | Bright annealed after cold rolling. | Used for kitchenware, tableware, electrical appliances, medical equipment, paper glazing, and architectural decoration. |
| 2D | Heat-treated and acid-pickled or otherwise treated after cold rolling, with an optional light final cold pass using dull rolls. | Its soft material and silvery-white luster make it suitable for deep drawing. Used for aircraft structural parts, heat exchangers, and roof drainage pipes. |
| 2B | Heat-treated, acid-pickled, and then subjected to a light final cold pass to increase smoothness and brightness. | The finished surface is bright and smooth, and it can be easily polished to a higher luster. It is widely used for hospital medical equipment, milk tanks, tableware, and construction materials. |
